Course will define roles and responsibilities of both property managers and leasing agents. It discusses various aspects of property managers’ role and practices that managers can implement to successfully operate properties for owners, including preparing and marketing properties, addressing maintenance issues, evictions and ensuring properties are compliant with Texas Property Code requirements.
