GAR New Member Orientation
New Member Orientation will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
Class runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the GAR office.

Light breakfast items and lunch will be provided.
It is Mandatory that you attend Orientation. Per GAR’s Bylaws (as well as NAR’s Bylaws) a New Member MUST complete New Member Orientation (NMO) within the first two (2) scheduled after joining the Association.
The New Member must also complete NAR’s Code of Ethics Training (3-hour online course) prior to attending NMO.
If the new Member Does not attend 1 of the 2 NMO scheduled after Joining GAR, per the Bylaw’s, the Member’s Membership with GAR will be placed on “hold” along with his/her services (MLS & SUPRA) until the NMO requirement has been completed.
