Gavin has been in the industry for over a decade, in various capacities, from construction to investment. Aside from being an awesome Realtor, he is also a certified Home Stager, Designer, Music Professor, and professional Musician. Gavin enjoys helping people in many different ways and through many different avenues. Being a Realtor, allows him to do just that. He enjoys finding his clients their dream home, seeing the look on their face when they accept the keys, and embark on their new lives. It takes a great deal of patience and diligence to achieve this dream and Gavin supplies those qualities in abundance and for the benefit of his clients. He has a varied educational background, including graduate and postgraduate degrees and various vocational certifications. Over the majority of his life, Gavin has had many aspirations and goals. However, the top priority and ethos by which he lives, above all others, is to help people and to serve. Helping people find or sell their home is what he does. He is a Realtor because Being Awesome is not available as a profession, but being a Realtor is close enough.
I started my journey in real estate in 2007 in AZ, when so many agents were on their way out, since the “Boom” was over. I was advised by many that I was crazy and wasn’t given that much positive reinforcement on my decision. I can’t even count the times that I was told “good luck” in a sarcastic way and that made me feel as though they thought I would fail. Well, it’s been many years since that day and I am still here and don’t plan on going anywhere. I have such a passion for what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else. I thoroughly enjoy what I do but, not to say it isn’t challenging at times, because it is. Nothing worth something comes easy, is how I look at it. Most of my business is referral driven, which is an extreme compliment from my clients and is much appreciated. Even though I am in sales, I don’t look at myself as a sales person. I sold financial services many years ago and used to have to drag myself to every appointment, because I felt I was having to force a product to each client that they didn’t want or need. That was truly selling and I literally lost sleep at night because, I didn’t feel good about what I was doing or enjoy it. When it comes to real estate, I am a very good listener, work extremely hard, and communicate effectively with my clients. Therefore, when it’s all said and done, my buyers and sellers get what they want. That’s why they came to me for my assistance in fulfilling their real estate needs. At the end of their property closing, we are more friends than anything and no longer just have a client-realtor basis. Therefore, let me prove to you that I am the agent for you!
